Tianhao He a3e9688fdc Updated bindings for vSphere 6.6.1 release
1. Updated bindings for vSphere 6.6.1 release for VMware Cloud 1.1
2. Update password and remove IP from testbed.py
3. Package vSphere Automation runtime and bindings in wheel format.
4. Update travis test commend.
